School Quality Assessment and Assurance
The school participates in the School Quality Assessment and Assurance (SQAA) process annually, both through internal and external assessments. SQAA, a framework developed by CBSE, outlines a set of standards and best practices designed to foster individual and institutional excellence. Its vision is to provide quality education to students through standardized self-evaluation processes and to establish an effective system within the school, adapting to the evolving socio-economic and cultural contexts.
The SQAA process is an opportunity for us to make informed decisions, articulate our goals, and assess them against our current reality. It encourages collective aspirations, self-reflection, dialogue, and a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in the educational process.
The self-assessment is conducted across seven key domains of school functioning:
This comprehensive evaluation enables us to periodically reflect on our processes, identifying areas of strength and areas that need improvement. It helps us create a conducive environment for achieving student learning outcomes and positions the school as an organization that meets established standards. By regularly engaging in this process, we ensure continuous growth and development, maintaining a high level of commitment to educational excellence.
