The admission procedure in Shalom Hills International School is welcoming, time-saving, smooth and caters to the convenience of parents. Admission forms are readily available at the school reception and can also be downloaded from the school website.

For Class Playgroup - KG

• Submission of Registration form
• Testimonials required:-

1. Copy of Birth certificate
2. Copy of Medical Fitness certificate
3. Copy of Residence proof
4. Three Photographs of Child

• Interaction of child and parents with the Headmistress (Pre Primary Wing) and Chairperson on the assigned dates
• Parents are informed about the status of admission
• After admission is granted, fees to be deposited within allotted time

School Admission Form

Parents/guardians can obtain the School Admission Form in the following ways:

1. Collect from Admin Office:
   Block-C, Sushant Lok Phase-I, Gurgaon - 122002
2. Download the Online School Admission Form here.
   The fee of Rs.1,000 will need to be paid against the school admission form.

For Class I - XII

• Submission of Registration form
• Child has to appear for an Informal Skill- Knowledge index round
• Parents to be informed about the status of admission within 2 days
• Interaction date with Principal or Vice-Principal (date to be given to parents on phone)
• After admission is granted, fees to be deposited within allotted time
• Testimonials required:-

1. Copy of Birth certificate
2. Copy of Medical Fitness certificate
3. Copy of Residence proof
4. Three Photographs of Child
5. Transfer Certificate in original (in case of transfer from out station , T.C. should be countersigned by District Educational Officer)
