An initiative of our Founder, Dr Mrs Lilly George, Shalom Conclave is an annual inter-school event celebrating young talent, creativity and collaborative learning. Guided by her vision and encouragement, Shalom Hills International School proudly hosted the inaugural edition of Shalom Junior Conclave 2026, centred on the theme “Nature’s Marvels: Flora & Fauna.” The conclave celebrated nature’s diversity while fostering creativity, confidence and environmental consciousness among young learners.
The event featured engaging competitions. Eco Ramp – A Ramp Walk showcased nature-inspired costumes representing the fascinating world of plants and animals. Tiny but Mighty – A Talk Show highlighted the ecological significance of small yet indispensable creatures, including butterflies, bees, ants and earthworms. Mask-O-Mania challenged participants to create imaginative three-dimensional masks inspired by flora and fauna, accompanied by presentations on their ecological importance.
Through these creative, experiential activities, students strengthened their communication, presentation and artistic skills while developing a deeper understanding of biodiversity, ecological balance and the interconnectedness of all living organisms.
The conclave witnessed enthusiastic participation from elite schools of Gurugram, providing a vibrant platform for inter-school collaboration, healthy competition and meaningful learning beyond the classroom.
Shalom Junior Conclave 2026 was a celebration of young minds and the wonders of nature, inspiring students to embrace environmental responsibility and become conscientious stewards of our planet.
