The Hindi Department of Shalom Hills International School organized an Essay Writing Competition for the students of Class VII. The event aimed to create awareness about the growing significance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and to help students understand its role in realizing the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
With great enthusiasm, students presented thoughtful and imaginative ideas on how AI can transform various sectors such as education, healthcare, agriculture, environment, industry, defence, transportation, and digital governance. Their essays reflected not only creativity and originality but also a mature understanding of the opportunities and responsibilities associated with emerging technologies.
The competition encouraged students to think critically about the ethical and responsible use of AI while exploring its potential to make India a developed, self-reliant, and technologically empowered nation by 2047.
The entries were evaluated on the basis of content, originality, language, organization, and presentation, and the winners were felicitated for their outstanding performance. The activity significantly enhanced students' creative writing, critical thinking, communication skills, and awareness of the role of science and technology in nation-building.
