At Shalom Hills International School, experiential learning and entrepreneurial exposure form an integral part of preparing students for a dynamic and competitive future. Reinforcing this vision, students of Grades XI and XII participated in the prestigious Business Summit 4.0 – An Inter-School Business Competition, hosted by Blue Bells Model School, Gurugram.
The two-day summit offered young aspiring entrepreneurs a valuable platform to explore innovation, business strategy, financial decision-making, corporate communication, and applied market intelligence. The inaugural day featured an intensive training session by renowned finance mentor Dr. Shunil Tripathi, who introduced students to financial markets, trading principles, investment strategies, and effective corporate presentation techniques through interactive discussions and hands-on activities.
During the competitive segment, three SHIS teams participated in The Ultimate Res-Q, Pitch Masters, and Trade-O-thon. In The Ultimate Res-Q, Shihani Agarwal and Sanvi Gulati (Grade XI) secured First Position for their outstanding teamwork and problem-solving skills. In Pitch Masters, Ayushman Bakshi (Grade XI) and Yash Dulani (Grade XII) earned Second Position for their innovative business proposal and confident presentation.
The summit proved to be a transformative experience, enhancing students’ financial literacy, strategic thinking, leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills, while reflecting SHIS’s commitment to nurturing confident, innovative, and future-ready leaders.
